Thank you very much for wanting to participate in InZane Norway in Vrådal in 2024! When you pay the registration fee, you secure your place at the meeting until 15 February 2024.
You will not be allocated a room until we have also received the full participant fee (does not apply to those who have booked a handicap room). We recommend that you make full payment as soon as possible to secure your room and participation.
Registration fee
Registration fee is:
NOK 950 per person.
The registration fee is to be considered an advance payment and will be deducted from the participant fee.
N.B.! - The registration fee is not refundable.
Payment of the registration fee secures your place at the meeting until February 15th 2024.
The participant fee is due on 15 February 2024

If you have already paid the registration fee, you must pay NOK 6 740
2 people in a double room:
NOK 5 990 per person
Total for the room: NOK 11 980
If you have already paid the registration fee (2 x NOK 950), you must pay a total of NOK 10 080
Once we have registered your payment, we will update the "who's coming" list on the website as soon as possible, and at least once a week until 15 February. Your reference number will be colored yellow when we have registered your registration fee, and green when we have registered your match fee. Remember that there is also a delay with bank transfers, so it may take some time before your payment is published.
Extending your stay
If you wish to extend your stay at the hotel, send an e-mail to info@inzanenorway.com with the desired dates, number of nights, and the number of dinner buffets if desired. Information about prices and food when extending your stay can be found at the bottom of the home page of the website. All expenses for an extension of the stay are paid individually upon check-out at the hotel.
Cancellation terms:
Before February 15th 2024:
You will be reimbursed 100% of the participant fee, minus the registration fee.
Before May 15th 2024:
You will be reimbursed 50% of the match fee, minus the registration fee.
After May 15th 2024:
Cancellation normally not possible, contact us if something urgent should occur.

Når du innbetaler påmeldingsavgiften, sikrer du din plass på treffet frem til 15. februar 2024.
Du vil ikke få tildelt et rom før vi også har mottatt hele treffavgiften (gjelder ikke de som har bestilt handicaprom). Vi anbefaler at du foretar full innbetaling så raskt som mulig for å sikre ditt rom og deltakelse.

Påmeldingsavgiften er NOK 950 per person
Påmeldingsavgiften er å anse som et forskudd og skal fratrekkes treffavgiften.
NB! - Påmeldingsavgiften er ikke refunderbar og kan ikke overføres til andre.

Når vi har registrert din innbetaling, vil vi så snart som mulig, og minst 1 gang i uken frem til 15. februar, oppdatere «who’s coming» listen på hjemmesiden. Ditt referansenummer vil få en gul farge når vi har registrert din påmeldingsavgift, og en grønn farge når vi har registrert din treffavgift. Husk at det også er forsinkelse ved bankoverføringer, så det kan ta litt tid før din betaling blir publisert.
Forlengelse av oppholdet
Hvis du ønsker å forlenge oppholdet på hotellet, send en e-post til info@inzanenorway.com med ønskede datoer, antall netter, og evt. antall middagsbuffet. Informasjon om priser og mat ved forlengelse av oppholdet finner du nederst på forsiden på hjemmesiden.
Alle utgifter ved en forlengelse av oppholdet betales av den enkelte ved utsjekk på hotellet.
Avbestillingsvilkår:
Før 15. februar 2024:
Du vil få tilbakebetalt 100% av treffavgiften, minus påmeldingsavgiften.
Før 15. mai 2024:
Du vil få tilbakebetalt 50% av treffavgiften, minus påmeldingsavgiften.
Etter 15. mai 2024:
Avbestilling normalt ikke mulig, kontakt oss ved en akutt situasjon.
