Note! Payment of the full participant fee will be due on the 15th of February 2024

Cancellation terms:

Before February 15th 2024:  

You will be reimbursed 100% of the participant fee, minus the registration fee.

Before May 15th 2024:

You will be reimbursed 50% of the participant fee, minus the registration fee.

After May 15th 2024:   

Cancellation normally not possible, contact us if something urgent should occur.
